Returns:

If Ursula's Alcove makes a mistake in your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt so the mistake can be corrected.

Patterns containing misprints need to be returned before you cut into them. Please look them over carefully when you receive them.

Please inform Ursula's Alcove of any damaged merchandise within 15 days of receipt.

Insufficient Funds

There will be a $15.00 fee charged for each bounced check.

Suitability:

Ursula's Alcove is not responsible for suitability of materials purchased. For example, although Superfine Merino yarn is a wonderful product for knitting and crocheting, it does not work well for cardweaving. So please ask if you have a question on a product.

Privacy:

Ursula's Alcove does not share, buy or sell personal information. There must be a special place in hell for those who SPAM as well as those who hack or send out viruses.
