Ordering
There are several ways to order from Ursula's Alcove.
The easiest way to order is to call our toll free number 877 215 6643 or send an email to linda "at" ursulasalcove "dot" com
and have us invoice you via Paypal. Paypal takes care of currency conversion on international orders.
Another ordering method is to print out the snail mail form and send it to us with your check or
money order after obtaining a shipping quote. If you need to convert funds to US Dollars, an
International Money Order is acceptable.

All orders are shipped via US Post Office
unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for exact
postage before you place your order. We need the shipping zip
code and whether you need it shipped in a special way, such as
Priority Mail or Express Mail. This part can be done by e-mail
or by phone.

Sales Tax
Pennsylvania law now requires that 6 % sales tax be charged for all eligible internet sales no matter where they are shipped.
Clothing, yarn and patterns are not taxable. In Ohio, please add in the sales tax rate for the county to which
the order is shipped. All items purchased for shipment to Ohio are taxable. Please also list the county name in Ohio as well. Thanks.
Payment
Money orders or checks are accepted for domestic shipping. Paypal is
prefered. For paypal, call or write and an invoice will be sent to your paypal email.
International money orders are accepted for global orders. All funds
are to be in US dollars.
Returns & Refunds
If Ursula’s Alcove makes a mistake or the product arrives in poor
condition, please contact Ursula's Alcove within 15 days to exchange the product.
This policy excludes items sold as is, in which case, all sales are final.
No warranty of suitability is implied. Pattern misprints MUST be returned BEFORE
you cut them or mark on them. Please examine them carefully before use. Patterns
damaged by the consumer cannot be exchanged.
