Ordering

There are two ways to order from Ursula's Alcove. You may print out the snail mail form and send it to us with your money order (or International Money Order), or call us at our toll free number 877 215 6643 and pay with your credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Sorry, credit cards not accepted on international orders.

All orders are shipped via US Post Office unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for exact postage before you place your order. We need the shipping zip code and whether you need it shipped in a special way, such as Priority Mail or Express Mail. This part can be done by e-mail or by phone.

Sales Tax

In the Commonwealth of PA, add in 7% sales tax for Allegheny and Philadelphia County residents, and 6 % sales tax in you live elsewhere in Pennsylvania. Clothing, yarn and patterns are not taxable in PA. In Ohio, please add in the tax rate for the county to which the order is shipped.

Payment

Sorry, checks are not accepted at this time. Money orders or credit cards are accepted for domestic shipping. International money orders are accepted for global orders. All funds are to be in US dollars.

Returns & Refunds

If Ursula’s Alcove makes a mistake or the product arrives in poor condition, please contact Ursula's Alcove within 15 days to exchange the product. This policy excludes items sold as is, in which case, all sales are final. No warranty of suitability is implied. Pattern misprints MUST be returned BEFORE you cut them or mark on them. Please examine them carefully before use. Patterns damaged by the consumer cannot be exchanged.
